I’m Jonathan “Jo” Lecompte, Co-Founder of LB Electric Inc. Motivated by a passion for collaboration and teamwork, my brother Yann and I established LB Electric in 2020 to build an electrical company centred on strong relationships, dependable service, and a positive team environment.

I believe that maintaining a balanced and active lifestyle plays an important role in the long-term growth of both our team and the company. Through leadership, teamwork, and a commitment to doing things differently, I’ve helped shape LB Electric’s values and guide its continued development. Building positive relationships with our employees and clients remains at the foundation of everything we do.
